1、对接公司内业务、职能业务团队，提炼业务中低效、数据处理繁琐等痛点，转化为Ai应用需求并定义目标与成功指标；
2、基于现有大模型API开发AI应用（如招聘机器人、数据分析、客服机器人工具)，完成API调用、Prompt_工程与结果封装；
3、通过后端开发、性能优化保障应用稳定易用，并迭代提升实用性；
4、跟踪RAG、Agent等前沿技术，评估其在即时零售场景的应用潜力，进行落地以推动团队效能。

任职要求

任职要求
1、统招本科及以上，有Ai开发经验，大模型/AP集成落地经验，计算机等相关专业优先
2、熟练掌握至少一种主流开发语言(Python优先)，具备模型训练、微调及优化的实践经验；熟悉模型封装技术，能独立完成服务接口开发(RESTfulAPI/gRPC等)；
3、具备业务理解与需求提炼能力，能跨团队沟通协调，以效率提升为目标推动Ai应用落地并解决问题；
4、有零售行业、电商平台或供应链相关Ai模型应用落地经验者优先。
