岗位要求
1、熟悉至少一类主流的机器学习算法领域(包括但不限于NLP、推荐、检索等)，掌握算法原理和典型方案，熟悉应用场景。
2、熟悉一个或者多个主流的深度学习框架平台(包括TensorFlow、Caffe、Scikit-learn、Torch等)的使用，有大型AI项目经验者优先。
3、熟练掌握Java、C++、python等主流开发语言的一种。
4、强烈的责任心，做事认真细致，具备良好的团队合作精神，沟通能力佳；对技术有激情，喜欢钻研，有较强的独立、主动的学习能力。
5、本科4年以上，硕士2年以上工作经验。
【岗位职责】
1、针对业务场景，选择和实现机器学习算法，完成通用模型的训练、评估和发布，实现算法、模型工程化和服务化；
2、深入了解业务需求，对算法和模型应用效果进行评估分析，持续开展针对性优化。
