• Plan, deploy, and maintain DWDM, OTN, NMS transmission systems in core and metro networks.
• Perform commissioning, integration, cut-over, and acceptance testing for DWDM equipment.
• Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring high availability and low latency.
• Troubleshoot transmission issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with operator for resolution.
• Support capacity planning and migration projects to meet growing bandwidth demands.
• Document network designs, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IP Core/Metro, GPON) for end-to-end service delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunication and Network engineering or related majors
• Require 3 years or above of working experience in related field with DWDM deliver operation and maintenance
• Understanding of optical transmission technologies (DWDM, OTN, ROADM, EDFA, RAMAN, ASON, CDCF, coherent optics).
• English Speaking is required.
• Having ability to install, operate and maintain monitoring and management systems.
• Team player and be able to multitask and work under pressure in face-pace work environment.
