Job Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the on-site installation of base stations, equipment rooms, and supporting facilities, including cabling, power connection, and grounding, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
2.Prepare delivery documentation (including as-built drawings, test reports, and asset lists), organize site acceptance with customers or third parties, and ensure high first-pass acceptance rates.
- Take part in customer training, skill transfer to internal employees, and knowledge accumulation (including local employee cultivation and personnel echelon building) in the project team or team.
- Fully communicate with the customer during delivery project and be responsible for successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Service skill requirements:
1.Skilled in the installation, power-on, software version upgrade, parameter configuration, and single-site commissioning of Huawei base station equipment (such as AAU/BBU, transmission equipment, and power systems).
2.Proficient in using Huawei network management systems (such as U2000/NCE), configuration tools, and test instruments; able to independently complete Single Site Verification (SSV) and cluster optimization support.
3.Deep understanding and strict execution of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) management regulations, with capabilities in electrical safety, high-altitude work, and on-site emergency handling.
