1. 負責電話行銷相關伺服器、網路及應用系統之日常維運與技術管理。
2. 與團隊成員、區域 IT 部門及供應商保持良好溝通，追蹤並回報系統運作狀況及事件處理進度。
3. 針對電話行銷營運需求，提出技術解決方案與流程優化建議，包含語音系統、座席桌面工具及相關業務系統。
4. 監控伺服器、應用程式及語音系統之穩定性、效能與可用性，包含語音雲端平台運作、通話錄音儲存容量及 CRM 系統可用性。
5. 透過問題分析、日誌檢視與故障排除，協助解決影響電話行銷座席之通話品質與連線問題，並定期製作報告及紀錄，必要時與海外技術支援單位協作。
6. 依據法規及公司內部規範，制定、維護與更新系統流程及作業文件，包含通話錄音保存、資料處理及相關控管要求。
7. 提供團隊成員及電話行銷業務使用者必要之技術支援與操作指導。
8. 參與新基礎設施及系統專案，包括電話行銷系統升級、移轉及協助新技術導入。
9. 與合規及法務單位協作，支援電話行銷系統相關法遵要求，如通話錄音保留、同意紀錄及資料隱私等事項。
10. 每週向總部回報作業營運狀況及使用者問題分析。
具備系統管理、網路或應用系統維運相關經驗
熟悉電話行銷系統、語音平台或客服中心系統者尤佳
具備良好的問題分析、溝通協調與跨部門合作能力
能配合處理系統事件、專案推動及文件撰寫
具備英文溝通能力者尤佳
