We are looking for a talented "Product Lead” for the "Tapsuite” to join our team.

We operate through 7 independent studios, each focused on building and scaling its own products with full end-to-end ownership. This studio model empowers small, cross-functional teams to move fast, make decisions autonomously, and turn ideas into global products.

TapSuite

TapSuite is a studio that builds, publishes, and owns utility apps designed to make everyday tasks faster, smarter, easier and healthier. Through apps like CleanX, Lean, NoteAI and AI Detector, we develop scalable mobile and web products that solve real problems and reach millions of users globally.

What we look for

• BS/MS in Software, Computer, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• 7+ years of product management experience, including experience leading and developing Product Managers or managing a complex, cross-functional product portfolio.
• Proven ability to define and execute product strategy with measurable business outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience owning commercial outcomes for consumer products, ideally including subscription, monetization, pricing, retention, or P&L responsibility.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• A healthy balance of technical understanding and customer empathy.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Deep understanding of agile frameworks, product discovery, and UX best practices.
• Experience managing multiple products or a product portfolio, with the judgment to prioritize investment across competing opportunities.
• Experience in mobile and web B2C apps, subscription products, or a fast-paced app studio environment is strongly preferred.
• A strong experimentation mindset: ability to frame hypotheses, interpret A/B-test results, make decisions under uncertainty, and turn learning into scalable growth.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution; comfortable moving from long-term portfolio direction to the details of a critical product decision.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Some of your responsibilities:

• Defining and driving the product and portfolio strategy for a studio of multiple mobile and web apps, balancing user value, growth, monetization, and profitability in alignment with company objectives.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Product Managers; setting a high bar for product thinking, ownership, execution quality, and measurable business impact.
• Owning the studio’s key business and product metrics-including revenue, retention, conversion, LTV, and profitability-and using quantitative and qualitative insights to steer priorities.
• Creating strong alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and central teams to turn strategy into focused roadmaps and high-quality execution.
• Building strong product processes across the studio: identifying opportunity areas, prioritizing bets, enabling fast experimentation, and scaling successful initiatives.
• Communicating the product vision and strategy effectively across teams, executives, and external stakeholders.
• Monitoring and optimizing operational efficiency, ensuring that product outcomes align with business KPIs.
• Making sure every app has clear goals, a focused roadmap, and regular performance reviews; prioritizing team effort and investment toward the highest-potential opportunities.
• Guiding the studio toward sustainable P&L-positive growth while operating within the company’s strategic and financial guardrails.
• Partnering with other studio leaders to share learnings, raise the product bar, and contribute to HubX’s overall product strategy.
