  • Combine and sequence orders by region and route to consolidate shipments into full truckloads (FTL), cutting freight cost and reducing the number of partial loads.

  • Manage and work daily out of the JARVIS shipping queue to keep orders moving from planning through shipping without delay.
  • Track and report on truck fill rate, FTL conversion, freight cost per order, and monthly revenue impact, and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate with planning, warehouse, sales, and carriers to align inventory allocation and routing with the goal of maximizing truck capacity on every shipment.

Customer Service & Order Processing (Secondary)

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, quotes, inventory availability, and shipment status.
  • Enter, process, and check orders for accuracy, pricing, and availability.
  • Prepare and provide price quotes to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Answer customer questions regarding orders, products, availability, and delivery, and resolve service issues professionally.
  • Communicate shipment updates, delays, and changes to customers, offering alternatives when available.
  • Resolve order issues, returns, and claims, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, order information, and shipment details.
  • Manage customer, order, and opportunity records in the CRM system and ensure data stays current and accurate.
