Salary: R25,000.00 - R60,000.00 (based on experience, but we promise this is just the beginning of your journey with us!)
Location: Durban South Africa
Are you a Mechatronics Engineer ready to break the mould and work with a team that thrives on grit, passion, and a bit of fun? If you've got a Mechatronics degree, a love for building high-tech machines, and a mind that thinks outside the box (and the machine), then we want to hear from you!
We're not just building machinery - we're building relationships, experiences, and innovative solutions that change the game. And we’re looking for someone to join us on this journey. Whether you've got 1 year of experience or 5, if you're ready to roll up your sleeves, dive into the nuts and bolts of high-tech machinery, and contribute to a company that lives by its values, we want you!
Who We Are:
We’re a young, dynamic company on a mission to disrupt the tech industry. Here, we believe that failures are just learning opportunities, and grit is the engine that drives our success. We build machines that make the impossible, possible - and we do it with a passion that’s contagious. In our world, every challenge is a chance to teach and grow. We embrace simplicity but never compromise on quality. Our team is agile, dependable, and always seeking different ways to tackle problems.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, and innovate on cutting-edge machinery with the team.
- Dive into projects that require you to be adaptable and think on your feet.
- Build relationships with team members, clients, and partners, because we know that great work is done together.
- Be humble in your approach, always learning from your mistakes (because we know everyone fails - and that’s how you grow!).
- Help us make things leaner, simpler, and more efficient.
- Have a lot of fun along the way (yes, we seriously do laugh while we work!).
Who You Are:
- You hold a Mechatronics degree (obviously, we’re all about that technical foundation!).
- You have between 1-5 years of experience in the field - whether that means building machines in the lab or working on live projects.
- You love to tinker on the weekends or at night, whether it’s pimping out your 1965 Mustang, building model aircraft, or launching rockets - if it's got gears, wires, or engines, you’re there.
- You have an undeniable passion for all things tech and engineering.
- You’re someone who is eager to adapt, learn, and fail forward.
- You understand that simplicity and efficiency are key to creating great solutions, but you’re not afraid to push boundaries.
- You know that relationships matter - it’s all about collaboration and teamwork.
- You’re ready to grit through challenges and come out on top, always with a smile.
Why You Should Join Us:
- Competitive salary ranging from R25,000.00 - R60,000.00, based on your experience (and yes, we joke that if you’ve built 100 machines, we’ll talk business).
- A fun, dynamic team that will support you every step of the way. You'll never be alone here.
- Learning opportunities galore - we believe in teaching and growing together.
- A chance to shape the future of high-tech machinery and be part of something truly unique.
