Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and platform configuration
Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, data modeling, sharing rules, governor limits, and platform best practices
Experience integrating Salesforce with internal and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, middleware, event-driven architectures, or other integration technologies
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions
Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, administrators, architects, and engineering teams
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate multiple solution options and make sound technical decisions
Proven ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions that deliver measurable business value
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$106,900 - $147,000 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
