Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply . Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel. Strong administrative and organisational skills. Fluency in both English and Afrikaans. Own reliable transport. 💼 Key Responsibilities Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. Capture invoices and credit notes accurately. Process general journals. Prepare weekly and monthly payments. Prepare and manage grower account packs. Post grower returns and maintain accurate grower accounts. Manage ledgers for deductions from grower payments. Update cash flow forecasts for weekly grower payments. Send remittance advices to growers once payments have been processed. 👤 The Ideal Candidate Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
