岗位职责：

1. 负责多传感器融合算法设计;

2. 根据需求文档撰写详细的开发设计文档;

3. 完成算法测试，并撰写测试报告;

4. 新方法、新技术导入工作。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 2年以上Tier1或主机厂车辆融合算法开发工作经验，有ADAS或AD项目交付经验优先;

2. 熟悉汽车行业产品/项目开发流程;

3. 熟练掌握多传感器融合的各种滤波算法（如KF,EKF,UKF,PF等）及数据关联算法（NN,GNN,JPDA,MHT等）;

4. 具备扎实的编程能力，精通C/C++编程语言;

5. 熟悉毫米波雷达、摄像头等传感器工作原理，具有视觉、毫米波雷达等领域研发经验优先;

6. 具备良好的计划能力、组织能力、沟通能力、学习能力、分析能力、抗压能力。
