Based at our head quaters in Boxtel

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our production team and support operational excellence within a manufacturing environment. This position focuses on maintenance, problem-solving, and continuous improvement to ensure equipment and processes run efficiently.
What you will be doing
- Maintain and optimize production equipment to ensure efficiency and reliability
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
- Analyse performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Work closely with production and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Contribute to process improvements and innovation initiatives
- Share knowledge and support colleagues where needed
What we are looking for
Qualifications and experience
- Completed education in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related technical field
- Experience in product development and/or working with CAD software
- Knowledge of materials and production methods is advantageous
Skills and behaviours
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Detail-oriented with a results-driven approach
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
