Summary:
This Senior Business Systems Analyst IAM will be aligned to the Customer/Colleague Identity teams, within the Identity Access Management group at Huntington.
Responsibilities :
- Assist Director of IAM and Senior Service Delivery Manager with planning activities, meeting minutes and associated follow up, email, running reports and data analysis.
- Work with the team, the Product Owner and all stakeholders to gather requirements regarding the work efforts.
- Role will work in an Agile environment and is expected to take requirements and needed work and effectively develop Features and User Stories for the teams to then execute.
- User stories can be written by team members but need to be refined and accepted by the BSA.
- Key points to focus on when addressing in user stories:
- Acceptance Criteria: conditions that need to be met to establish work effort can be completed effectively.
- Dependencies and Risks that will need mitigation while developing the solution for the effort.
- Lead and facilitate all backlog refinement sessions to refine user story details, acceptance criteria, and establish story points (if applicable) with team members. These meetings should result in user stories ready to be prioritized into the backlog.
- Work with Product Owner and other SME’s to refine Epics - which triggers creation of Features and User-Stories with SME's, create and refine Features and User Stories for both Agile teams.
- Serves as a liaison and knowledge source with stakeholders, product owner and Testing team members.
- Work with other scrum masters to ensure a holistic view of the work is prioritized and available.
- Active involvement in Daily Standups, Agile Ceremonies, Sprint Retrospectives, Sprint Reviews/Planning.
- Work with team members to ensure all questions are addressed before a user story is considered ready for prioritization.
- Drive sprint goals and cleanup team backlog to ensure enough work is ready four to six weeks ahead.
- Facilitate Reporting; run queries, create progress type dashboards around the team/the progression of the work. Azure Dev Ops tool or comparable type tools.
- Create and own Objectives and Key Results concept (OKRs).
- Organize and schedule meetings, bring people together to effectively discuss immediate work, work on the horizon.
- Partner well with Scrum Master and Product Owner. A positive working relationship between the roles is critical. BSA is expected to serve as the Scrum Master back-up and visa-versa; Scrum Master is expected to serve as BSA back-up.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience working as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Program/Project Manager, or related experience.
- 1+ years of professional experience managing IAM projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- General knowledge of IAM (Identity Access Management), specifically in RACF mainframe (or SailPoint IIQ, CyberArk, etc).
- Ability to effectively work in multiple Microsoft applications; Excel, Outlook (scheduling meetings, shared mailbox), PowerPoint, Notes, Teams, etc.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Preferred experience in data analytics (SQL querying).
- Experience writing user stories in an agile environment and building/maintaining dashboards.
- Effectively manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Active listening/identify and proactively setting up next steps (keep flow moving).
- Ability to work in a matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated business/technical analyst experience.
- Exhibits an interest in technology, cyber or tech risk field of study
- Engages well with others/has people-skills.
- Can demonstrate their ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience working in an Agile environment.

Compensation Range:
$57,000 - $113,000 Annual SalaryThe compensation range represents the anticipatedlow and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
