Job Description:
1. Maintenance Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Ensure high equipment availability and minimize unplanned downtime
- Oversee daily maintenance operations across all production units
2. Asset & Reliability Management
- Ensure proper lifecycle management of plant equipment and facilities
- Drive reliability improvement initiatives (e.g., RCA, MTBF optimization)
- Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions
3. Budget & Cost Control
- Manage annual maintenance budget effectively
- Identify and implement cost-saving and efficiency improvement opportunities
- Control maintenance-related expenditures, including spare parts and contractor costs
4. Team Leadership
- Lead and develop the maintenance team, including engineers and technicians
- Establish clear roles, KPIs, and performance management processes
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
5. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company standards
- Support plant safety initiatives, audits, and regulatory inspections
- Enforce permit-to-work (PTW) and safe work procedures
6. Continuous Improvement
- Drive plant reliability and maintenance excellence programs
- Support production optimization and process improvement initiatives
- Implement best practices and standardization across maintenance activities
7. Coordination & Communication
- Work closely with production, engineering, and EHS teams
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors
- Support plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and major maintenance events
