AI Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, integrate, and improve AI capabilities across different Huru applications and programs.
• Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI models for different business use cases.
• Train, fine-tune, and customize AI models based on application requirements.
• Perform prompt engineering and prompt optimization to improve accuracy, consistency, and response quality.
• Build AI workflows capable of understanding user input, context, and conversation history.
• Integrate AI models with Huru backend systems, APIs, and applications.
• Develop production-ready components required for AI integrations.
• Evaluate AI model responses and continuously improve model and prompt performance.
• Debug issues related to AI models, prompts, contextual processing, and application integrations.
• Evaluate and integrate appropriate AI models and supporting technologies for different use cases.
• Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code using Java or other suitable programming languages.
• Build and improve the voice processing flow: User Speech Speech-to-Text Language/Context Processing AI Model Response.
• Work with Speech-to-Text (STT) systems.
• Handle multilingual conversations, particularly Hindi, Arabic, and English etc.
• Improve voice bot response accuracy and quality.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or related development.
• Hands-on experience working with AI/ML and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning and model customization.
• Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering.
• Experience designing and optimizing prompts for production applications.
• Experience working with Speech-to-Text systems.
• Understanding of multilingual language processing, particularly Hindi and English.
• Experience converting user input into structured information and contextual data.
• Strong understanding of context management and conversational AI.
• Experience integrating AI models with backend applications through APIs.
• Strong programming skills in Java or another backend programming language.
• Ability to build, debug, and maintain production-grade AI integrations.
• Ability to evaluate AI outputs and continuously improve model behaviour.
