Business Development Executive (Inside Sales)

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to drive B2B partnerships and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build relationships with business clients.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage prospective B2B customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales pipeline.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain Huru's value proposition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Follow up with prospects and drive conversions.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with operations and product teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, business development, tele-sales, or B2B sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Experience in fintech, banking, payments, SaaS, or financial services is preferred.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive.
