Internship within Employer Branding

01 October 2026We are now looking for students within Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields who are interested in doing their internship with us in the Employer Branding team at Husqvarna Group.
As an Employer Branding Intern, you will play an active role in helping students and graduates discover career opportunities at Husqvarna Group. From representing us at career fairs and student events to supporting social media campaigns and creating engaging employer branding content, you will get hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing and talent attraction activities.
Working closely with our Employer Branding Specialist, you will contribute to projects and gain experience in event coordination, recruitment marketing, social media advertising, analytics, and project management within a global organization.
Your skills and background
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
The internship will include work such as
Coordinating and participating in university events, career fairs and student activities across Sweden.
Supporting collaborations with universities, student teams and student organizations.
Representing Husqvarna Group and engaging with students and future talent.
Supporting social media marketing activities, including paid advertising campaigns. Monitoring campaign performance and supporting optimization efforts based on data and insights.
Assisting with recruitment marketing activities related to internships, thesis projects, and early-career opportunities.
Supporting the development of employer branding materials and storytelling content that showcase our people, culture and career opportunities.
We are looking for someone who is creative, curious, driven and eager to learn. You have an interest in marketing, communication, employer branding or talent attraction and enjoy turning ideas into action.
You are comfortable working with different people, enjoy building new relationships and are interested in understanding what attracts future talent. You thrive in a dynamic environment, take initiative and are excited to contribute to projects that help shape Husqvarna Group’s Employer Brand.

Internship period
The internship is planned to take place between November and December. However, we are flexible and happy to discuss both timing and duration based on your university requirements and availability.
