Job Summary

We are seeking a technically-minded and detail-oriented eCommerce Content Development Specialist to serve as the architect of our digital storefront. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical development and content strategy, ensuring our online store is not just functional, but high-performing and conversion-optimized. If you are a Shopify expert who enjoys working with APIs, Liquid, and front-end technologies to solve complex integration challenges and enhance the customer journey, this is the perfect opportunity for you to make a tangible impact on a thriving B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize digital content and site architecture across the Shopify platform.
  • Build and customize themes using HTML, CSS, and Liquid to maintain a premium brand aesthetic.
  • Integrate and manage third-party applications and plugins to extend site functionality.
  • Connect Shopify with critical external systems (ERP, CRM, PIM, and payment gateways) via APIs.
  • Maintain accurate, SEO-optimized product listings to drive organic traffic and consistency.
  • Audit and improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall usability.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to site functionality and third-party integrations.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Utilize data insights from site analytics to recommend and implement UX improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Shopify store management and theme customization.
  • Strong technical understanding of APIs and hands-on experience with system integrations.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
  • Working knowledge of Shopify Liquid templating language.
  • Demonstrated experience with Shopify apps, plugins, and third-party tool ecosystems.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and eCommerce best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in a B2B eCommerce environment.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and data-driven optimization.
  • Experience specifically integrating eCommerce platforms with ERP or CRM systems.
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles.
