Location: Kathmandu, Nepal | hybrid working
As a Designer at Hybrid, you will become an integral part of our Creative team; developing and implementing creative concepts for a multitude of current and prospective clients. You’ll be working on full campaign approach-to-market concepts, UI design, social media content, and projects with a distinct focus on digital channels. This is a unique opportunity to shape creative thinking and collaborate with an award-winning team across our international offices.

What you’ll do:
Lead and participate in the development and presentation of creative concepts.
Design in various formats for all forms of digital media.
Engage in strategic thinking to deliver creative aligned with our strategic priorities.
Collaborate effectively within the creative team and across departments.
Push the status quo with a wealth of ideas that lead to exciting, bold creative beyond the expected.
What we’re looking for:
A creative problem solver, passionate about producing strategically led, beautiful work.
Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe After Effects, with adept design skills.
Experience with motion graphics, animation and video for social ads and TikTok.
Exceptional copywriting and confident presentation skills.
Experienced in producing assets for digital rollout.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Experience working within an agency preferred.
