Marketing Executive

The Marketing Executive acts as the core coordinator for day-to-day marketing operations, seamlessly bridging the gap between internal strategy and external execution. This role is responsible for managing vendor and agency relationships, overseeing on-ground production and events, handling procurement administration, and delivering performance reports to drive successful project launches and campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day marketing requests with external agencies, production houses, media partners, and suppliers.
• Follow up on project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
• Organize and oversee site visits, photoshoots, video productions, and other on-ground marketing activities.
• Support the planning and execution of project launches, events, activations, exhibitions, and sponsorship initiatives.
• Coordinate branding, communication materials, and marketing collateral for new project launches and campaigns.
• Manage the development, production, and installation of project branding, signage, hoardings, and promotional materials.
• Prepare purchase requests, monitor procurement processes, and follow up on vendor payments and invoice settlements.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and ensure compliance with company standards and budget requirements.
• Prepare marketing reports, presentations, campaign summaries, and performance updates for management review & conduct market research.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in a marketing agency or a related role.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute within a fast-paced team environment.
