Om de verdere groei van SAPA in Nederland te ondersteunen, is Hydro Building Systems Netherlands op zoek naar een ervaren en ondernemende Key Account Manager.

JOUW verantwoordelijkheden

Als Key Account Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van strategische klanten en het realiseren van duurzame commerciële groei in Nederland. Je combineert het uitbouwen van bestaande strategische accounts met actieve new business.

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Beheren en verder ontwikkelen van strategische accounts.
  • Identificeren en ontwikkelen van prospecten en nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Relaties opbouwen met aannemers, ontwikkelaars, architecten en adviseurs, nieuwe projecten identificeren en hun commerciële potentieel beoordelen.
  • Opstellen en uitvoeren van account- en businessplannen.
  • Ontwikkelen van groeistrategieën die bijdragen aan omzet- en margedoelstellingen.
  • Voeren van complexe prijs-, project- en contractonderhandelingen.
  • Analyseren van markt- en klantinformatie en vertalen naar commerciële acties.
  • Samenwerken met Customer Service, Operations, Technical Support en andere interne teams.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor commerciële resultaten en actief bijsturen waar nodig.

JOUW profiel

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een commerciële, economische, technische of bouwkundige richting.
  • Minimaal 7 jaar relevante commerciële ervaring, bij voorkeur in de bouwsector of een technisch-commerciële omgeving.
  • Ervaring als Key Account Manager, National Account Manager, Strategic Account Manager of Senior Account Manager.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met grote klanten, contracten en complexe onderhandelingen.
  • Ervaring met accountstrategieën, businessplannen en commerciële doelstellingen.
  • Sterke commerciële, analytische en relationele vaardigheden.
  • Ondernemend, proactief, zelfstandig en resultaatgericht.
  • Nederlandsop moedertaalniveau en Engels op professioneel niveau.
