Starting Rate of pay: $21.72/hour
Shifts Available and Hours:
The typical schedule is 12-hour continental days or nights 6 AM - 6 PM or 6 PM - 6 AM - Shift hours may vary based on business needs
Shift Premium: $1.00/hour extra for shift differential
What you will be doing
- Stand on hard surfaces while working up to 12 hours.
- Load lengths of aluminum extrusions onto load table.
- Hooking of parts for painting.
- Unloading lengths of aluminum extrusions after painting.
What will make you successful?
Required Education/Experience:
- The ability to work any shift.
- The ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Crane and Mobile Equipment Certification required (or the ability to attain this certification through Hydro training as per the Mobile Equipment Policy).
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year’s manufacturing experience desirable.
- High School or GED preferred, but not required.
- Must be able to communicate effectively, with fluency in English; Good verbal communications skills a plus.
- Team player.
- Self-starter.
- Adaptable to change.
- Ability to prioritize needs.
- Knowledge of paint process.
