Marketing Demand Data Operations Specialist
Location: Hyderabad Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office
About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Marketing Demand Data Operations Specialist to provide data operations support for Hyland's marketing demand generation activities. In this role, you'll work across Salesforce, 6sense, Salesloft, and related platforms - executing data requests, maintaining data quality, developing target account and contact lists, and ensuring compliance with established data governance and privacy standards.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.
- Respond to and complete data support requests tracked through Workfront - managing intake, prioritization, and timely resolution across marketing demand generation activities.
- Import and export lead, contact, account, and campaign data in accordance with established standards; perform data validation, cleansing, formatting corrections, and quality audits to ensure data integrity across platforms.
- Create and maintain account, lead, and contact lists based on stakeholder requirements - supporting targeted, high-quality demand generation campaigns across the marketing organization.
- Utilize Salesforce reports, Excel, Demand Tools, and other approved tools to support segmentation and reporting activities that drive informed marketing decisions.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, GDPR, and privacy requirements across all data operations activities - maintaining documentation and adherence to approved operational processes and standards.
- Communicate issues, risks, and roadblocks in a timely manner - proactively flagging data quality concerns and operational gaps to relevant stakeholders to keep campaigns on track.

Role Essentials
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 2-4 years of experience working with CRM, marketing, or operational data in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms - including data import/export, reporting, segmentation, and list management.
- Strong Excel and data management skills - including data validation, cleansing, formatting, and quality audits across large and complex datasets.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - with a quality-focused mindset and the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies quickly and accurately.
- Familiarity with data governance, GDPR, and privacy compliance requirements - with a track record of adhering to established operational standards and maintaining thorough documentation.
What We'd Like to See
- Experience working with 6sense, Salesloft, or similar marketing automation and sales engagement platforms in a demand generation or revenue operations context.
- Familiarity with Workfront or similar project and request management tools for tracking, prioritizing, and completing data operations requests at scale.
- Experience with Demand Tools or similar data quality and deduplication solutions for Salesforce environments.
- Understanding of B2B marketing demand generation processes - including target account strategies, contact list building, and campaign data management best practices.
- Ability to create and maintain clear operational documentation - including process guides, data standards, and compliance records that keep teams aligned and audit-ready.
