Program Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced technical program manager to join our team. As the Head of Service Delivery and Talent Acquisition, Dileep Teja, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and driving innovation in our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Ability to manage client relationships and expectations. Focus on delivering excellent service to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Financial Acumen: Understanding of project financials, including cost estimation, billing, and profitability analysis. Capability to determine the cost of implementation versus billing cost to ensure project profitability.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a technical programme manager or in a similar role.
• Strong background in software development and technical project management.
• Familiarity with the MERN stack is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Financial acumen with the ability to analyse project costs and profitability.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): In-depth knowledge of the entire software development process, from conception to deployment. Ability to comprehend and contribute to the technical architecture of software applications.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skillsthe capability to effectively communicate with both internal teams and clients.
• Project Management: Proficient in Agile methodology, capable of managing projects efficiently. Experience in project planning, execution, and delivery.
