About the Role

Hyland is seeking a

Partner Development Manager to drive execution across our Global Partnerships strategy. In this role, you'll own key partner relationships end-to-end - building joint go-to-market plans, driving co-selling initiatives, and turning partnerships into measurable revenue growth.You'll collaborate across Partner Sales, Technical Partner Managers, Product, Sales, and Marketing to launch initiatives that scale, serving as the connective tissue between Hyland and the partners who extend our reach.

Your Role Responsibilities - Here's What You'll Do

• Lead and manage joint go-to-market initiatives with strategic partners, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives and driving alignment across priority accounts and opportunities.
• Build and strengthen senior-level relationships with key partner stakeholders, owning all communication and follow-up with partner organizations.
• Own partner-influenced pipeline and revenue, driving measurable growth through co-sell initiatives and coordinating partner involvement throughout the full deal cycle.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to advance partner initiatives, tracking joint program progress and keeping all stakeholders aligned.
• Define and apply improvements to partner engagement models, establishing repeatable standards, practices, and documentation that scale across the portfolio.
• Track, analyze, and improve partner-influenced opportunities, engagement, and conversion metrics to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Role Essentials - What You Bring

• 5-7 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development with a proven track record of driving partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.
• Direct experience working within enterprise software or cloud partner ecosystems - such as SAP, Salesforce, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
• Solid understanding of enterprise sales motions and co-sell go-to-market processes.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage senior-level relationships across partner and internal organizations.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.

What We'd Like to See - Preferred Skills

• Experience scaling partner programs across a global or multi-regional portfolio.
• Awareness of how AI is reshaping the enterprise software landscape, with the ability to position joint solutions that meet the moment.
• Hands-on experience working with hyperscalers such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in CRM and partner relationship management platforms to track and report on pipeline activity.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring and communicating partner performance and impact.
