Brand Design Internship
First seen by Alion on Oct 3, 2026.
As our Brand Design intern, you'll help shape how the Hypersolid brand looks and feels, on our website, in marketing materials, and in front of clients. You'll work hands-on in Figma and Adobe alongside our designers and marketers, so a portfolio showing your design work is a must.

Brand Design Internship
You'll get plenty of room to contribute from day one, with a senior guiding you along the way. AI is part of how we work, and one of your projects will be helping us explore how it can automate parts of our website workflow, including content tagging.
What are you going to do?
- Keeping our website and marketing materials visually consistent and on-brand.
- Designing and improving parts of the Hypersolid website.
- Helping us explore how AI can automate parts of our website workflow, including content tagging.
- Creating and refining commercial decks and other materials for client-facing moments.
- Supporting our senior designers on client projects.
- Collaborating with designers and marketers across our Amsterdam, Alkmaar, Austin, and Gdańsk offices.
Where your time goes
Most of your time will go into Hypersolid itself: our brand, website, marketing, and creative work for client-facing moments. You'll work closely with a senior who will guide you along the way. The rest of your time will be spent on client projects, where you'll have the opportunity to contribute as part of the team.
Who are we looking for?
You're pursuing a Bachelor's or HBO degree in Design, Communication, Marketing, or a related field and are looking for a hands-on internship. You know your way around Figma and have at least a basic working knowledge of Adobe. Experience with After Effects is a plus. You take initiative, communicate well in English, and are eager to learn from experienced designers and marketers.
A portfolio showing your design work is a must.
Bonus if you have experience with
- Brand identity projects, even at a student level.
- AI tools in a design or marketing context.
- Motion design or After Effects beyond the basics.
This internship is based in our Amsterdam office four days a week, with occasional days in Alkmaar.
How we work
Hypersolid runs on trust, not hierarchy. People take ownership of their work, ask hard questions, and push each other to do better, because they care about the outcome, not because someone's watching.
Technology is how we build, never the reason we build. We grow by staying curious, learning from each other, and giving feedback that's honest instead of easy. We're makers at heart, so we go after real problems with energy, not just good intentions.
If you want work you can be proud of, and a team that holds you to that same bar, you'll feel at home here.
