Sr. Business Development Manager – US IT Staffing
Location: Remote | Shift: US Shift | Experience: 5+ years in US IT Staffing Sales
At Hyring, our US IT recruitment team has a strong track record of sourcing, screening and closing technical roles quickly. We now want to put that delivery strength in front of more clients, and we're looking for an experienced business development leader to lead that growth.
This isn't an entry-level sales role. We want someone who has done it before: someone who knows the US staffing market, has direct client relationships, and knows how to turn a first conversation into a steady flow of requirements.
What You'll Do
• Acquire new direct clients across the US for contract, contract-to-hire and full-time IT positions
• Build and manage relationships with hiring managers, IT leaders, procurement and talent acquisition teams
• Generate a consistent pipeline of job requirements and work closely with our recruitment team to fill them
• Negotiate rates, margins and terms, and manage MSAs, vendor onboarding and compliance paperwork
• Get on MSP/VMS programs and preferred vendor lists with key accounts
• Grow existing accounts by expanding into new departments, skill sets and locations
• Track pipeline, revenue and client activity, and report on them regularly to leadership
What You Bring
• 5+ years of proven experience in US IT staffing business development / client acquisition
• A track record of winning direct clients and generating revenue, with numbers to show for it
• A strong understanding of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099), rate structures and margins
• Familiarity with MSP/VMS models, vendor onboarding and contract negotiation
• Excellent spoken and written English, with the confidence to speak with senior US stakeholders
• A self-driven, target-focused approach and comfort working the US shift
