Risk Operations Specialist (24/7 shift)

Job Responsibilities:

• JPerform daily trading monitoring procedures, including system operations, data verification, and preliminary assessment of abnormal activities. Maintain proper records and report findings in accordance with established procedures.
• Assist in compiling and updating records of irregular or abnormal trading activities, prepare periodic reports, and provide recommendations for further action.
• Maintain a clear understanding of the Group’s business boundaries and operational guidelines to ensure all daily activities comply with the Group’s requirements.
• Handle daily operational communications, coordination, and basic issue tracking across departments to ensure information accuracy and smooth workflow operations.
• Carry out other operational tasks assigned by supervisors, paying close attention to detail and ensuring accuracy in all work.

Requirements:

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of independently handling routine tasks and following established procedures.
• Basic skills in report preparation, data processing, and data organization.
• Patient and comfortable working with established procedures, regulations, and standardized processes, with a willingness to commit to a stable, long-term role.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with different departments and follow up on operational issues.
• At least 2 years of working experience.
• Good adaptability and the ability to respond effectively to unexpected situations and handle urgent issues.

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience in risk control, trading monitoring, or operational support is preferred.
• Experience in securities brokerage back-office operations or an interest in investment and trading is an advantage. (Note: This is not a direct trading or dealer position.)
• A degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field is preferred.

Working Hours:

• 24x7 on-site shift rotation with competitive shift allowance (5 days of work per week)
