About the Role
We’re looking for a data-driven Business Analyst to join our fast-growing fintech team. In this role, you will develop key risk indicators, monitor abnormal transactions, conduct liquidity risk assessments, and translate complex data into clear insights that support strategic decision-making. As we continue to scale, you will play a critical role in strengthening risk controls, improving policy execution, and enhancing operational resilience in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Anomaly Detection and Root Cause Analysis
- Monitor high-profit accounts on a daily basis, analyzing trading patterns and position behaviors to determine whether profits are driven by market dynamics or exploitation of specific rule loopholes. Identify and flag high-risk trading groups.
- Brand Risk Diagnostics and Reporting
- Act as a risk control consultant for multiple brands by delivering regular health check reports. Identify profit and loss anomalies across various dimensions (e.g., region, traffic source, product) and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Strategy Optimization and Early Warning Systems
- Continuously refine existing screening rules and validate risk control strategies through data-driven backtesting. Transform manual investigations into automated alert systems to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Cross-functional Collaboration and Incident Management
- Collaborate with operations and execution teams to investigate suspicious cases. Effectively communicate risk control logic and decisions to business stakeholders (e.g., brand managers) in a clear and rational manner.

- Data Analysis Skills
- Proficient in SQL and Excel; Python experience is a plus.
