Salesforce Project Lead

Looking for a Consultant/PL/PM with deep expertise in AI-driven CRM transformation, including Agentic AI and CRM Analytics implementations. This role will drive intelligent automation, analytics, and AI-powered decision systems on the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementations on AI-driven CRM solutions.
• Design AI use cases (predictive scoring, automation, case intelligence, insights).
• Drive analytics dashboards, data modelling, and performance reporting.
• Proven demonstrative skills for solution presentations/demos.
• Conducted discovery/workshops/demos and designed scalable solutions.
• Successfully integrated third-party applications using APIs, middleware, and the Provider Salesforce Connected app.
• Managed Project risks, scope changes, timelines and budgets effectively.
• Led the governance and delivery oversight across multiple workstreams.
• Build trusted relationships with client sponsors and business stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Candidate must have PMI Certification.
• 8-15 years of Salesforce consulting/implementation experience.
• Strong experience with AI, CRM Analytics (CRMA), and automation use cases.
• Understanding of data architecture, integrations, and governance.
• AgenticAI, and Experience Cloud / Community Cloud - Preferred.
• Exposure to the Nonprofit ecosystem - Strong Plus.
• Adaptively proactive approach to independently lead the engagements from project kick-off to go-live.
