Our clinic inHamilton is looking for an enthusiasticCustomer Service Administrator to join our team on a 6-month, fixed term contract. This is afull-time role, working Monday to Friday with shifts scheduled between 7:00am and 5:00pm.
As a Contact Centre Agent, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive patient experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our patients, helping them navigate their appointments with professionalism, empathy and care.
Role Overview:
· Answering phone calls for bookings across Hamilton region promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
· Provide empathetic support and guidance during phone interactions.
· Collaborate with other contact centre agents to meet service level targets.
· Building relationships with the technical and clerical teams, patients, and referrers.
What we’re looking for:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
A knack for organisation and managing appointments with ease.
Comfort with using multiple systems and technology.
Ability to relate to and communicate with a wide range of patients, drawing on your life experience to provide empathetic and understanding support.
Experience in a contact centre environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided to help you succeed, including support in understanding radiology processes.
