What You Will Accomplish with Us
As a Senior Advisor, Promotion, you will be at the heart of our mission. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead high-impact go-to-market strategies from concept through execution;
- Design multi-channel marketing campaigns that engage audiences and deliver measurable results;
- Develop marketing content, sales tools, and value propositions that simplify complex concepts and showcase our solutions;
- Collaborate closely with product experts, sales teams, and communications partners;
- Influence marketing direction through creativity, strategic thinking, and market insight;
- Measure campaign performance and continuously optimize results;
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
What Could Accelerate Your Success in This Role
We are looking for someone who:
- Is recognized for strong expertise in marketing, communications, and commercialization;
- Stands out for exceptional writing skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts;
- Demonstrates strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment;
- Is recognized for autonomy, influence-based leadership, and strong interpersonal skills;
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or an equivalent discipline;
- Has a minimum of six to eight years of relevant experience in a similar role;
- Possesses excellent French communication skills, both spoken and written;
- Has strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Copilot;
- Has an interest in financial services and business-related challenges;
- Thrives in a dynamic environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities;
- Has knowledge of financial products, considered a significant asset;
- Has experience working with distribution networks, considered an asset.
- Advanced English and French language proficiency is required, as the incumbent will be expected to collaborate with sales teams across Canada, participate in numerous meetings conducted in English and or French, and prepare written documents and marketing materials in English and French on a regular basis.
