What you will accomplish with us
As aStudent - Data Science, Modeling and AI, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Profile: “Innovation and Artificial Intelligence”
- Analyze and prepare HR data by exploring, cleansing, structuring, and documenting data from HR systems and the organization’s data platforms;
- Rapidly test hypotheses, compare results with observations from user teams, and integrate feedback loops;
- Apply responsible AI principles and contribute to explainable, fair, secure solutions that comply with governance requirements and privacy regulations;
- Develop a precise and well-defined solution that addresses a business problem using innovation, automation, and artificial intelligence (AI) tools, including agent design.
Profile: “Modeling and Data Science”
- Analyze and prepare HR data by exploring, cleansing, structuring, and documenting data from HR systems and the organization’s data platforms;
- Develop predictive models and design approaches to forecast the future evolution of HR metrics (e.g., retirements, hiring trends, etc.);
- Rapidly test hypotheses, compare results with observations from user teams, and integrate feedback loops;
- Validate performance, including monitoring performance indicators, analyzing false positives, prioritization gaps, potential biases, and recommendation quality.
What could accelerate your success in this role
We are looking for someone who:
- Is currently enrolled in a master’s degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Applied Statistics, or a related field;
- Demonstrates autonomy;
- Has strong collaboration skills;
- Shows resourcefulness and a willingness to learn;
- Is recognized for their curiosity;
- Has knowledge of Python and common data science tools;
- Has knowledge of machine learning, AI, data analysis, and model validation methods;
- Has previous experience with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power BI);
- Has an interest in LLMs, recommendation systems, applied AI, and people analytics;
- Has knowledge of SQL, Git, and cloud-based data environments;
- Has experience with Azure, Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, Snowflake, or another cloud platform (an asset).
