岗位职责

1、负责千岛开放平台小程序底层基础框架和基础 API 的开发和维护;

2、负责千岛开放平台小程序架构设计、性能、内存、稳定性等相关优化工作;

3、负责浏览器内核底层技术的探索与研究,为小程序生态建设提供更加优秀的解决方案;

4、引入行业小程序生态优秀解决方案，结合跨端等优秀技术方案探索与发现新的优秀解决方案并落地;

5、与客户端团队共同打造适合千岛的小程序生态

任职要求 / Requirements

岗位要求

具备扎实的前端开发技能:HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript(ES6+) /小程序/Vue/React;

具备丰富的前端优化经验:复杂页面性能调优/网络优化/跨端适配/内存优化

深度使用过 Codex、Claude、Gemini 等主流模型，并熟练使用包括 MCP、Skills、Rules 等 AI 能力进行项目编写和编排;

加分项

有 iOS/Android 客户端开发经验者优先
