岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1.负责千岛平台社区业务的产品迭代，为社区用户的体验和规模负责，包括但不限于内容的生产、消费、互动、个人 profile 的搭建。

2.深入垂直品类理解用户、洞察用户，能找到垂直品类用户在当前市场产品环境中的痛点，通过产品的方式假设问题、验证问题和解决问题。水面之下的问题不容易被发现和解决，但一旦被完成了，你就切身地影响了某一批用户，为他们的生活带来了帮助。

3.结合品类情况，完成业务目标的拆解，推动研发、运营等团队落地方案，验证和持续迭代方案，为用户体验和数据指标。

4.对市场上的新兴业务和前沿技术保持探索，能保持第一性思考，减少路径依赖，每一次的产品方案设计都能重新思考是不是最好的方案，如果你能用创新的方案或是前沿的技术来解决问题就太棒了。

任职要求 / Requirements

1.本科及以上学历，3年及以上产品经验，有社区产品背景优先。

2.对社区类产品有强烈的热情，希望你是至少一个兴趣品类的重度玩家，深入使用过某个社区产品，对社区有敏感性和自己的见解。

3.有内容sense和网感，说人话就是能分得清内容的优质与否，创作者和消费者对某类内容的喜好程度。

4.较强的逻辑思维能力和抽象问题的能力，对数据敏感，能通过数据发现问题并推动解决问题。

5.思维活跃，对新生事物有好奇心和洞察，热爱生活。
