岗位职责 / Responsibilities

交易履约-仓储物流系统产品经理

1、主要负责公司仓储物流体系的整体设计迭代;

2、承接业务发展需求，负责平台到仓业务发展中所涉及的寄售、验查、发货流程的设计与优化;

3、从成本控制的角度出发，通过对仓库作业模式与作业流程的现状观察诊断，输出提升仓库效率与标准化操作的改善方案，实现降本提效;

4、从仓库质量管理角度出发，通过用户运营收集用户反馈、财务部门收集内控管理需求，协助仓库管理人员制定相应的SOP，并搭建相应的数据化系统，降低操作错误率。

5、为用户体验负责，关注寄售流程、物流快递、发货履约过程的用户体验优化。

任职要求 / Requirements

岗位要求

1. 2年以上产品经理经验，有仓储物流、电商履约或供应链相关产品经验者优先;

2. 熟悉仓库管理系统（WMS）、库存管理工具或ERP系统;

3. 熟悉物流仓储工作，包括出入库、库存管理、拣货动线规划、人员管理等，有提升人效、规范化质检等实际项目经验;

4. 具备清晰的逻辑思维，优秀的沟通协作能力，注重细节且有深入挖掘和解决问题的意愿。
