岗位职责 / Responsibilities

职位描述

没有高效的履约，就没有业务的高速增长。履约往往在“冰山之下”、用户感知不明显，但一旦脱节，就会造成用户投诉、业务陷入停滞。这是一个关键的、创造商业价值的岗位。

1、负责商家管理系统的设计，让合作商家更好地做生意，提升发货效率、销售情况一目了然、对账安全可信;

2、负责仓库运营系统的设计，和各品类的运营同事、仓库操作员一同探讨，设计高效率、低出错、的仓库储存方式、入仓和发货流程，并考虑成本和利润;

3、负责公司内部运营后台的设计，能高效解决用户的求助咨询，重复的事情让系统去解决。

任职要求 / Requirements

1、追求极致效率，熟悉交互设计;

2、有强大的同理心，关注用户、特别是系统使用者的需求和感受;

3、2-5 年互联网产品经验，有 O2O、电商行业相关的交易、供应链管理等后台系统项目经历。
