岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 垂直领域工具探索与落地： 深入调研游戏、追星/饭圈、手工/模玩等垂直兴趣圈层，挖掘不同用户群体的核心痛点与场景需求。结合 AI 能力设计并落地具有针对性的产品工具，通过工具价值提升用户粘性与活跃度。

2. 站内小程序生态搭建： 负责站内小程序生态的规划与建设。在垂直工具的基础上，搭建标准化、可扩展的小程序基础设施，优化工具的接入与分发效率，形成“好用、丰富”的站内工具生态闭环，赋能业务增长。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 经验要求： 本科及以上学历，1-5 年互联网产品经理工作经验。具有社区、工具类产品设计经验者优先。

2. 业务认知： 对社区平台型产品有清晰的认知，理解社区用户互动逻辑与增长驱动力。具备良好的需求分析能力与产品架构思维。

3. 兴趣特质（核心要求）： 必须拥有一项或多项长期深入探索的兴趣爱好。 无论是游戏、动漫、收藏还是其他小众领域，我们需要你具备“资深玩家”的视角，能够感同身受地理解用户需求，而非仅凭理论做产品。

4. 不纠结狭义的功能层面的“用户体验”，而是通过业务、商业模式，给用户创造更美好的“用户体验”。
