开发者技术对接人，全程跟进到闭环

定位 Hybrid（WebView + Native Bridge）混合开发常见问题：JSBridge 通信异常、白屏、权限/存储/网络兼容性等

善用 AI 工具（Cursor / Copilot / ChatGPT 等）辅助快速复现和定位问题

高频问题沉淀为 FAQ / 排障文档 / 调试指南

2. 问题反哺与平台改进

深入理解千岛小程序技术架构（容器、渲染层、Bridge 协议、OpenAPI 体系）

对问题做结构化归因：文档缺陷 / SDK Bug / 开发者误用 / 平台设计缺陷，分别推动解决

定期输出「技术问题洞察报告」，推动 API 优化、调试工具完善、错误码体系建设

3. 开发者社区建设与平台开发

搭建开发者社区平台（论坛 / 问答区 / 案例广场）

搭建 Agent 智能知识库，自动检索和解答开发者的常见问题

任职要求 / Requirements

硬性

1、3 年以上前端或移动端开发经验，有 Hybrid 混合开发实战经历（React Native / Flutter / 小程序 / WebView + Native Bridge 任一）

2、熟悉至少一个前端框架（React / Vue / Angular 等），了解小程序开发体系，理解双线程模型、组件系统、生命周期

3、至少掌握一门服务端语言（Node.js / Python / Go / Java 等），具备独立开发全栈应用的能力

有使用 AI 编程工具辅助开发或排障的实际经验

4、自学能力强：面对不熟悉的代码库和文档，能快速上手、主动钻研

软性

1、沟通能力强，能把技术问题讲清楚，对开发者有耐心

2、主动性高，不只等工单，主动发现潜在问题、提前排雷

3、早期项目心态，文档不全流程未定时能自己蹚路
