岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 推进AIGC相关技术（包括图像、视频的生成和编辑等）在千岛、TensorArt等业务场景的落地;

2. 跟进视觉生成领域的前沿技术研究，负责AIGC相关算法研发与优化;

3. 把握图像、视频生成技术最新发展趋势，负责AIGC方向的技术规划制定与方向建设，保持团队的技术领先性。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 扎实的机器学习基础，深入理解大模型相关技术，具备良好的数理基础和自学能力;

2. 积极主动有热情，对事物保有好奇心，具备强大的技术沟通能力、团队协作能力和项目管理能力;

3. 有大型AIGC项目落地经验者优先;

4. 在AI领域顶级会议/期刊上发表过论文，或参加ACM/机器学习类竞赛优先
