岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 推进AI大模型（AIGC、LLM、MLLM）能力在千岛、TensorArt等业务场景的快速落地，结合SFT/RLHF方向的前沿算法持续提升业务效果天花板;

2. 探索并应用最前沿的Agent范式和架构，包括但不限于Agent Memory、Agent Skills、Agent System Design、End-2End Agent Post-Training（Agent RL）、Human-Agent Interaction、Proactive Agent、多模态RAG、Post-Training（SFT+RL）等技术领域的探索和应用;

3. 构建与维护业界领先的开源模型生态，设计并实施全面的自动化评估体系，以数据驱动业务快速迭代;

4. 紧跟AI前沿动态，将最新的学术研究成果转化为产品中的实际创新，与产品、工程团队紧密配合，在快速迭代中解决真实世界的技术挑战。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 扎实的机器学习基础，深入理解大模型、Agent相关技术，具备良好的数理基础和自学能力;

2. 熟练掌握相关机器学习框架和工程框架，具备扎实的编码能力;

3. 在计算机科学高水平会议和期刊（如NeurlPS、ICML、CVPR、ICCV、ECCV、IJCAI、AAAI、KDD、SIGIR、WWW、ACL、TPAMI、IJCV等）发表过论文或具备竞赛经验者优先;

4. 工作积极主动，具备出色的沟通协作能力和问题解决能力，对通过技术创造一流产品充满热情。
