岗位职责 / Responsibilities

岗位描述

1. 作为公司核心团队中的一员，将深度参与推荐搜索领域的算法工程化演进，支撑业务目标达成和快速增长

2. 囊括范围有：召回排序、特征工程、推理训练等系统的设计、开发与优化，保障在离线全链路的高可用、高性能、高效率

3. 与产品、算法、大数据各方紧密合作，推动新技术在场景中应用和落地

任职要求 / Requirements

岗位要求

1. 具备2年及以上算法工程开发经验，且编程基本功扎实，熟悉常用的数据结构和算法，擅长Go/Java/Python/C++中至少一门

2. 熟悉搜推链路多级漏斗，有搜推全链路的问题定位经验和解决能力

3. 熟悉pytorch/TensorFlow/Triton/trt中至少一项关键技术，或者熟悉faiss/proxima/indexlib/lucene/milvus/es中的至少一项

4. 熟悉搜推系统中的召回模型、CTR/CVR等预估相关的深度模型、多目标融合等召回排序能力

5. 熟悉linux操作系统、容器、网络、存储相关原理

6. 有混合检索/特征平台/算法平台/推理训练中多个经验者优先
