岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1. 负责决策规划模型在园区场景的训练调优，结合实际业务需求与数据/后处理等配合进行算法优化，并支持量产交付;
2. 负责决策规划模型的数据采集，标注，清洗等环节，支持算法的闭环迭代和持续优化;
3. 探索业内领先的机器学习算法，将最前沿的方法应用到自动驾驶规控领域;
任职要求 / Requirements
1. 计算机科学、机器人学、人工智能相关专业，熟练掌握 C++/Python 编程，具备良好的数据结构和算法基础;
2. 熟练掌握至少一种常用的深度学习开源框架，如PyTorch 、TensorFlow 等;
3. 具备扎实的机器学习理论基础，以及数据驱动算法（算法设计、数据处理、或性能评测）的研发能力，有在自动驾驶或相关领域进行预测、决策及路径规划算法研究落地者优先;
4. 具备优秀的系统设计和问题解决能力，能够在跨学科团队中有效沟通和协作;
