岗位职责 / Responsibilities

工作内容

1）现场勘察，数据分析，与中央技术、市场质量配合等方式，对辖区门店提供整车技术支持和质量判断，解决维修难题，对24h案件关闭率负责;

2）对辖区责任门店开展新店能力导入，弱项识别、技术辅导、周度考核等活动，提升技术自闭换能力，对门店自闭换能力负责;

3）对辖区责任门店开展技术检核，弱项指标分析、维修质量复盘并制定整改措施，落实高品质维修，对门店一次修复率负责;

4）支撑质量改善活动的快速传递和标准动作落地，支撑技术中台高效调动门店技术力量，完成专项工作;

4）与店长、体验官、区域经理密切合作，解决辖区内的严重客户投诉案例;

任职要求 / Requirements

1）5年以上汽车行业售后技术相关工作，至少3年主机厂技术支持岗位工作经验;

2）熟练掌握技术支持、预授权、质量信息反馈流程，具备较强的逻辑思维、沟通协调能力;

2）熟悉新能源车辆座舱、智驾、三电等各系统诊断，具备新能源诊断维修经验;

3）熟练使用诊断分析工具，包括波形分析仪、CAN信号分析仪，具备CAN数据分析的能力和经验;

5）具有积极的学习能力，工作主动，具备团队精神并以工作结果为导向。
