Компания IBS - крупный российский разработчик сложных ИТ-решений приглашает в свою команду Руководителя проектов SAP.

Ваши задачи:

  • Управление аутсорсинговым сопровождением и развитием ИС у клиентов компании;
  • Ответственность за Уровень сервиса (SLA);
  • Качество предоставляемых услуг, удовлетворенность пользователей сервиса;
  • Организация документооборота;

  • Управление командами сопровождения;

  • Проактивная работа по повышению качества услуг и развитию отношений с клиентами;

  • Управление бюджетом сервисных проектов.

Наши ожидания:

  • Организация и управление сопровождением ИС (обязательно);
  • Опыт управление командой ИТ-специалистов (от 1 года, не менее 3 человек);
  • Управление проектами внедрения ИС (желательно);

  • Управление сопровождением ИС;

  • Проведения презентаций, разработка и последующая реализация ТКП.
