Join our Managed Services team as a (Senior) PAM Operations Engineer (m/f/d) – CyberArk — either on-site/hybrid in Sofia or flexibly remote from within Bulgaria.

Your Responsibilities:- Administer, operate, and troubleshoot CyberArk environments (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM).
- Manage privileged accounts, platforms, and target system onboarding.
- Handle incidents, service requests, proactive issue resolution, and root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and third-party teams on integrations.
- Support patching, upgrades, and new CyberArk implementations.
- Ensure security compliance, audit readiness, and maintain technical documentation.
- Several years of hands-on CyberArk experience with strong knowledge of PVWA, CPM, and PSM.
- Experience in Windows and Linux environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and log analysis skills.
- Background in IT operations; ITIL knowledge or certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Independent and proactive working style with a strong service and customer focus.
- very good English language skills.

Salary Band:
For this role we can offer €30,000 – €40,000 gross annual salary (full-time).
