POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the operations leadership, the Warehouse Team Member ensures that The ICEE Company is always represented in a professional and courteous manner. Customer service is always capitalized at ICEE, and we have a commitment to success to not only our Customers but also our partners and our peers. The Warehouse Team Member will be held to a high standard of service with both internal team members and external vendors. They are to perform all aspects of the day-to-day functions of a service center warehouse and are provided with company issued uniforms.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Receives and ships packages utilizing: UPS, DHL, FedEx, and other carriers as appropriate.
Assists in the loading of ICEE delivery trucks ensuring that they are equipped with ICEE product, current promotional stock, and POS (Point of Sale).
Maintains organization of POS for the route sales team.
Boxes and palletizes product for shipment.
Pulls orders for distributor pick up.
Maintains daily and weekly inventory logs.
Performs assigned general warehouse duties including but not limited to cleaning, maintaining restrooms, organizing, rotating product, shipping and receiving of equipment, parts, and product.
Maintains a clean and organized work area and ensures the general upkeep of the warehouse/office facility.
Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
COMPETENCIES:
To perform this job successfully, the Warehouse Team Member must be self-motivated and have the ability to stay on task with minimal to no supervision. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
Must be able to successfully maintain customer relations, interpersonal relationships, team relations, and service.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Must be a self-starter and be able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
Great oral and written communication skills. Must be comfortable performing basic mathematical functions as well.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License.
Ability to lift 55 lbs. or more on a regular basis. Occasional lifting in excess of 70 lbs. required.
Preferred two (2) years warehouse experience.
Forklift certification a plus.
Must have and wear steel-toed shoes.

US Hourly Pay Range
$20.50—$21 USD
