Pay Rate: $27.50/ hour
I’m interested! What will I get to do in this position?
- Work closely with the planning and warehouse teams to plan and manage optimal inventory levels, balancing service against operating efficiency.
- Engage with different departments and global teams to gain a holistic understanding of the organization's supply chain operations.
- Regularly update management on the status of the distribution network in North America.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports to interface with international partners to maintain target inventory levels in North America.
What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?
- Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, business administration, logistics, or related field.
- Completed Sophomore year of college.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software such as SAP.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with various departments and effectively communicate ideas and finding.
- Minimal to no travel required.
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities and possess a high level of organizational skill.
- Must be able to work in an office environment aligned with the hybrid work schedule in place at ICL.
What will set me apart?
- Demonstrated experience or coursework in project management or organizational strategies.
- Familiarity with business process mapping tools or software such as Microsoft Visio.
- Demonstrated ability to take the lead on projects and a keen interest in driving improvements.
