What You Will Do｜工作內容摘要
Depending on role alignment, responsibilities may include:
- Support and improve HBM manufacturing, assembly, test, automation, or facility systems 支援並優化 HBM 製造、封裝、測試、自動化或廠務系統
Drive process optimization and yield improvement, enhance product quality, and support new product introduction and production ramp 負責分析與優化製造製程，提升產品良率、品質與生產效率，並支援新產品導入與量產穩定性
Maintain and optimize manufacturing equipment, improve reliability and productivity, and enable new technology deployment for advanced manufacturing. 責維護與優化製造設備，提升設備穩定度與產能，並導入新技術以支援先進製程發展
Drive improvement in quality, yield, cost, cycle time, equipment or utility reliability 推動品質、良率、成本、交期、設備或公用系統穩定度之改善
- Support new product introduction (NPI), qualification, and production ramp 支援新產品導入（NPI）、製程／系統驗證及量產爬坡
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, IE, Facilities, and Global teams 和製造、工程、品質、IE、廠務及全球團隊跨部門合作
- Participate in continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence initiatives參與持續改善、工安／EHS 及營運卓越相關專案
- For supervisory roles, manage shift operations, staffing, safety, and daily execution 負責輪班管理、人力配置、工安與每日營運執行
Who Should Apply｜應徵條件
- Candidates with relevant working experience are welcome 具備相關工作經驗的人才
- New graduates are also encouraged to apply 應屆畢業生（New College Graduates）
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or related disciplines 工程或相關理工背景
- Experience or interest in semiconductor manufacturing, fab operations, or facility systems. Able to adapt to a dynamic manufacturing environment 有意投入半導體製造／廠務／營運環境
- Expected start date: within 6 months 可於半年內到職者優先評估
