Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and manage identity and access management solutions
- Monitor activity logs to identify security incidents
- Keep up to date with the latest industry developments and trends
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Auditing of systems
- Support tickets
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer related field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in an infrastructure support role
- Server hardware install and configure experience
- Experience supporting multi-location enterprise environment or 1000+ users
- Hypervisor management - VMware
- Backup experience
- Power BI, PowerShell, DHCP
Preferred Experience
- Veeam backup software
- Data center
